DIY Watercolor Tissue Paper

Hi friends! In this video, I demonstrate how to create your very own bleeding watercolor tissue paper using washable markers and coffee filters. I learned this technique from Kaitlyn Edington (@artwithmrs.e)--she is a rockstar art teacher!!
