A Nightmare on Elm Street Poster Montage (With Running From This Nightmare Song). Freddy Krueger

I have always been a huge Nightmare on Elm Street / Freddy Krueger fan and this series spawned some truly outstanding poster art over the years so I thought it would be fun to curate a little montage of some of the best. First up are all the poster designs I remember seeing in the UK during the films original year of release. These are followed by various other designs for each film including American and French versions and finally my personal favourite. I appreciate that some of the posters I use would have been in quad form originally but back then I did not always see the theatrical artwork, just whatever was displayed in the video store window or in magazines! The song used in this video is Running From This Nightmare by Tuesday Knight, a terrific pop song that first appeared in A Nightmare on Elm Street 4 - The Dream Master.
