Now I finally am able to sleep again, and although I sometimes struggle with sleep (mainly when other stuff is going on in my life), I can say that I no longer suffer from insomnia. I used to be on Sleep Medication but it was not fun since it left me groggy for half of the day, not to mention the other side-effects. But luckily there are so many natural remedies, habits, and tips that can help us sleep better.
