Submarine exeprt weighs in on Indonesian submarine controversy - YouTube

Former Republic of Korea Navy Captain and Submarine Expert Moon Geun-sick addresses ongoing submarine controversy between South Korea and Indonesia. Indonesia continues to delay the signed contract for three Chang Bogo-class (Type 209) submarine, citing vague list of issues with the submarine. This is a unique Indonesian behavior which violates international commerce etiquette.
