South Australia woman dies two weeks after receiving AstraZeneca vaccine
Two weeks after getting the first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine a South Australian woman died at the Royal Adelaide Hospital from rare blood clots.
The woman was 72 years old and taken to hospital for treatment after falling ill last Monday on July 5th.
“Her death has of course been referred to the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) as well as to the coroner for further investigations,” South Australia Premier Steven Marshall said.
