- 1 Bell Pepper
- 200g Tofu
- 1 red Onion
- 100g Cabbage
- 1 red large Chili (mild)
- 2 tsp yellow Curry Powder (Thai)
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
For the Sauce:
- 1 tbsp veg. Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce light
- 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1-2 tbsp Water
