Want another killer HIIT session? I met up with a gym in Delray Florida and ran this eager fitness crew through a HIIT workout on the beach. The HIIT session is 40 seconds of intensity and 20 seconds of moderate work. There are limited breaks and a combination of awesome exercises.
This video is organic with very little cuts. You don’t need sand, beach, or fitness equipment. Just push play listen to my cues, watch the timer and work as hard as you can in the full body workout.
