Israel ordered to prevent acts of genocide in Gaza by International Court of Justice

Israel must “ensure the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance” to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) has ruled. It must also “take all measures within its power” to prevent the killing of Palestinians, and any bodily or mental harm being inflicted on the civilian population.
