Breakdown: Full body HIIT circuits x2 rounds 45s work 15s rest Abs Finisher x2 rounds 30s work 10s rest Equipment Needed: dumbbells exercise mat or other soft surface. *Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual! Ball size should be chosen based off of your height.
