Hello November | How To Make Mundane Beautiful - Living In The Moment | Cozy Slow Autumn Days

Cozy slow autumn days living in the moment and making everything around me beautiful. I’ve been getting seasonal depression already, mostly because autumn hasn’t been quite as colourful this year, but we seem to have collectively moved on to Christmas season. I wanted to commemorate these days of autumn, the cozy, slow moments in life. I hope you enjoy this video. :) Apple and Pear Crumble recipe: filling - 2 medium apples 2 pears (peeled) 4 tbsp maple syrup 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional - 1 tbsp whisky 2 tbsp water topping - 1 cup oats 2 tbsp plain white flour 1 tsp of cinnamon 75g cold butter Pinch of salt 3 tbsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar) Walnuts Dark Chocolate Peel and remove the core from 2 pears and 2 apples, chop them into cubes and sautee on a stove with 2 tbsp of water until soft. Add maple syrup, cinnamon and whisky, sautee for another 5 minutes. In a separate bowl combine oats and plain flour, add cinnamon, salt and sugar. Chop cold butter into small cubes and add to the dry ingredients. Rub butter with dry ingredients between your palms until crumbly. Optional - chop and handful of walnuts and mix in to your crumble topping. Spoon your apple and pear mix into individual ramekins or into one big deep tray. Place crumble mix on top and add a few pieces of dark chocolate.
