Based in Western Australia, Jaise’s production career is only just beginning but his involvement in drum and bass goes back more than 25 years. Intent on carving his own niche in the current landscape, Jaise strives to get the balance right, conveying light and dark tones throughout his music. For his first 4-tracker Jaise does exactly that, drawing on elements of jazz and fusion for ’Backwards Step’ whilst taking a heavy plunge into early 2000s themed darkness for ’The Client’.
