Rope candle holder

In this tutorial I demonstrate how to make a rope candle holder. These are quite decorative and fun to do! This candle holder is made using a turk’s head knot, also called the “woggle knot“. More precisely it is a 3L4B turk’s head knot, also called the “woggle knot“. You can use many types of rope for this project. I like to use natural ropes such as hemp or cotton. For this project I used 1/4 inch hemp rope. For a 1.5 inch diameter candle I used 6.5 feet of rope to tie this holder. How to do common whipping to secure the ends of your rope: Enjoy the tutorial!
