dim link: edit: I overlooked overload rocket already giving 25% damage bonus for this season only due to overcharge. which doesn’t stack with x4 on battle harmony. ironically this build will work even better next season, and also works with any other matching subclass weapons that aren’t already overcharged. if you want to use battle harmony and a rocket launcher then take off overload rocket for something else unless you really want to stun champions with it. everything still stands in the concept of the build with x2 restoration, eyes of tomorrow, and damage bonuses outside of overload rocket and x4 surges stacking. that means if you want to, you can run overload rockets artifact mod and another exotic to achieve pretty much the exact same results as this build. I hope this build still brought some “eyes“ to the potency of what’s achievable. be sure to try this build out next season where it will be even more convenient. my mistake. I’ll do better.
