At the time of recording he was 22 years old and had already lived many lives. After blue slide park and KIDS, by the time Macadelic rolled around, many didn’t expect such versatility out of him. Although it wasn’t the first time hearing such themes from Mac, this was different, it was dark. Throughout this video I explore each song in depth and tear apart every sample.
