Only the brave conquer the seas! At this very moment, sailors and officers of the surface forces (Russian Navy) celebrate their professional day on board. Commander-in-chief of the Russian Navy Admiral Aleksandr Moiseyev congratulated the sailors and the Navy officers. The congratulation words were sent to the commands of the Pacific, Black Sea, and Baltic fleets, as well as Caspian Flotilla. It also was conveyed to the personnel of large and small formations, and crews of surface vessels. The felicitation paper of the Navy Commander-in-Chief says that ’Servicemen of surface forces honourably deal with their assigned tasks. Crews of warships and support vessels demonstrate mastership and professionalism during combat training in off-shore and near maritime zones following traditions of the Navy’. ’The Surface Forces of the Russian Navy increase their potential by deploying mass construction of multi-role ships equipped with high-precision weapons and with top specifications.
