Dog chained for 6 years like a prisoner. She was scared of humans, now looks at her - Takis shelter

Liberty (Libby) was chained since she was a puppy in this small doghouse. Her legs became crooked because she never walked, for all her life, 6 years. She didn’t even know how to interact with humans she probably never saw anyone but the owner and she was a little aggressive. The police ordered the removal of the dog and the owner is not allowed to take a dog again. And now Libby runs free at the shelter!!! No chain. No cage.
