Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi promised that no one will be left to fend for themselves, in Rome on Wednesday, after an earthquake shook central Italy killing dozens. Renzi thanked the civil protection, other institutions and all volunteers involved in the rescue efforts, but reminded everyone that the next hours would be crucial in the search for survivors. The Prime Minister also stated that he would travel to the affected region himself, but did not give any specific details regarding his plans.
