You need greater than 60% alcohol to kill or inactivate viruses, bacteria, and other microorganisms. This is why people use hand sanitizer.  Most alcohol drinks, like vodka, gin, whisky, or rum, are around 40% alcohol. But, certain types can be much greater than 40%.  When you drink alcohol, it quickly gets diluted. It especially gets diluted in the bloodstream. The concentration of alcohol in your bloodstream after having one of these drinks would probably be about 1/1000th of what it would be in rubbing alcohol.  So, the answer is no.
