Arrow Vs helmet unexpected result!

I shoot GoPros with arrows (by mistake) and so I put together a protective helmet shield for my new then put an arrow straight through it. I thought the helmet was thin and a bit rubbish, but after testing its thickness it is clear yet again that longbow arrows are dangerous!
