Chicken soup is a soup made from chicken, simmered in water, usually with various other ingredients. Ingredients Quantity White pumpkin cubes 1 inch Onion 1 no [small] Ginger slice 1 inch Garlic cloves chopped 5 no’s Red pumpkin cubes 1 inch Potato with skin cubes 1 no Chicken bones 1 cup Bay leaf 3 no’s Black cardamom 2 no’s Black pepper 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Cinnamon stick 1 no Cloves 4-5 no’s Green chillies 3 no’s Turmeric ½ tsp Garam masala ½ tsp Salt to taste Water 5 cups Lemon slice for garnish coriander leaves for garnish. Method:- 1. Take one cup chicken bones wash properly and keep aside. 2. Take a pressure cooker add all the ingredients white pumpkin, onion, ginger, garlic, red pumpkin, potato, chicken bones, bay leaf, black cardamom, black pepper, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, green chillies, turmeric, garam masala, salt and water. 3. Cover the pressure cooker lid and cook for 20-25 mins on high flame for 1 whistle. 4. After 1 whistle keep the cooker on medium flame. 5. Then take a bowl strain and mash the soup. 6. Remove in a serving cups and garnish with lemon slice and coriander leaves. 7. Serve immediately.
