Premiere Pro CC Update - Timeline Lag Improvement?

Have Adobe fixed the timeline lags and audio glitches in their latest update of the otherwise fantastic Premiere Pro CC 2015 ( build 36)? The latest version of Premiere Pro with the CC 2015 products included some very welcome changes.
