Urgent endoscopic mucosal resection for colon bleeding. 75 female patient complaints of intense bleeding from the rectum. 4 days befor a biopsy of rectal polyps was done. On colonoscopy there was large blood clot in rectal ampoule. 3 cm from the dentate line, on the left wall, a polyp 1,2sm in size was revield (pit pattern type IIIL-IV, NICE 2) with site of arterial bleeding after previose biopsy.
