Humanitarian situation in Gaza incredibly challenging ICRC spokesperson

At least 22 people have been killed in the latest IDF strike on a refugee camp in northern Gaza. Reports claim the humanitarian situation in the enclave has substantially deteriorated, with UN commission even accusing the IDF of deliberately attacking medical facilities.
