4 Clean, Swing, Snatch back on the Right Arm

Then…

4, 3, 2, 1 ✅

After you finish.

Rest 2 mins then repeat going back UP the ladder ⠀
This is a good one that won’t beat you up too bad (unless your KB technique sucks 🤨)
