Official Video of Gallowstreet - Zwarte Sneeuw Released on new album: Laaglands Met Zwarte Sneeuw sluiten we ons album af; 8 opnames in de buitenlucht. Een onderneming van jewelste en een grote stap voor ons als groep. Het was een van de grotere uitdagingen die we hebben gehad als groep om op te nemen op deze mooie locaties. Zwarte Sneeuw is het sluitstuk omwille van de gelaagdheid van de compositie, een ware vertelling. Het intro en outro, in klein en groot bieden nog een keer muzikale samenvatting van wat we willen vertellen met dit album. In het stuk vechten dreiging, sferische euforie en een stuwende groove om voorrang. De weersomstandigheden waren perfect, met een warme nazomer zon die ons deed verlangen naar een frisse duik. Onze drone-piloot schoot fantastische beelden die dag in de Duinen. Op het juiste moment speelden we een serenade voor de zee met een ondergaande zon in het vizier, een koperen droom van een groenere, eerlijke toekomst. With Zwarte Sneeuw we close this chapter of recordings and with it this album. A endeavour that challenged us in a lot of different ways. Zwarte Sneeuw is the closing statement of our album because of the layers contained within the compostion, it truly tells a story. The into and outro, the one small, the other expansive offer a musical conclusion to that we sought to tell with this album. The sense of impending danger, euphoria and a driving groove all make their presence felt in this track. The weather conditions for our outdoor recording were perfect, with a warm late summer sun that made a sea dive extra attractive.
