puff pastry - 400 g (14 oz)
milk - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/15 minutes
for the filling:
whipping cream - 250 ml ( fl oz)
powdered sugar - 150 g (5.3 oz)
vanilla sugar - 10 g ( oz)
tangerines - 100 g (3.5 oz)
for decoration:
powdered sugar - 20 g (0.7 oz)
