At approximately 0217 hours, I contacted States Attorney Denis Cahill and advised him of the facts of the investigation. SA Cahill approved one (1) felony count of aggravated fleeing/eluding based on speeding 21. At 330 hours, [redacted] was booked and processed according to Wheaton PD policy. She was served five (5) complaints for Aggravated Fleeing/Eluding, Speeding 35 , Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Driver, Transportation of Open Alcohol by Driver, and Failure to Signal When Required.
