LARS AND ADAM: THE CROSS SEASON BEGINS

One is the current Cyclocross World Cup champ. The other is an enduro racer who dabbles in ’cross. Lars van der Haar and Adam Craig have totally different riding styles and training regimens, but the two came together as teammates for the first major ’cross race of the season, the uniquely American Cross Vegas event. The hot desert setting of Las Vegas is far from the usual World Cup stops in the cold, wet lowlands of Northern Europe, but the two raced well together and Lars scored the podium finish.
