Microwave radiation from cell tower measured by EMF meter

This video shows a reading starting at 7.8 millivolts per meter (which is low) and then going higher out of the millivolt range into the volt range to around 1.5 volts per meter (which is 1,500 millivolts) while getting closer to a cell location. There are hundreds of these throughout Long Beach. Are cell phone towers safe? The debate continues.
