Bach: Erbarme dich mein, o Herre Gott BWV 721 - Bardon | La Mantovana
The legendary organist Pierre Bardon (1934-2021) plays the chorale prelude “Erbarme dich mein, o Herre Gott“ BWV 721 by Johann Sebastian Bach during a mass (recorded on June 24th 2018) at the historical organ built by Jean-Esprit and Joseph Isnard at the Basilique Sainte-Marie-Madeleine of Saint Maximin la Sainte Baume.
I realize I never edited this video before, so I suppose it is the very last Bardon’s recording and I really think it’s simply obligatory to share it.
