Car made from 3D printer. First test drive. Chicago’s McCormick Place. 9/13/14. IMTS 2014. Meet Strati! Made by Local Motors! This car was printed on-site in Chicago during the International Manufacturing and Technology Show 2014. It took about 44 hours to print this car, it weighs about 2200 lbs, can reach speeds of about 40 MPH, and could travel up to 120 miles on a single charge!
