Five dead, 19 injured after car rams into students in NE China

Five people were killed and 19 injured after a car rammed into a crowd of students in Huludao City, China’s northeastern Liaoning Province, on Thursday. The driver was arrested for endangering public safety and local police said the driver was not drunk or drugged.
