10MIN Standing Abs Workout

Time for a new Standing Abs Workout! This quick 10 minute ab workout targets the core with a series of standing ab exercises. These moves will not only set those abs on fire but they will also increase mobility , strengthen the hip flexors and challenge your balance! I’m using light hand-weights but these are totally optional. Complete one round or make it a longer sweat sesh and complete the entire series 2-3 times.
