1000 Touch Home Workout | Stay Sharp On The Ball At Home

In today’s video we are completing a 1000 touch workout that can be done inside your home with very little space. During this workout you will get touches with all the different surface areas of the foot both on the ground and also juggling to keep your ball mastery and touch sharp during times when training outside isn’t possible. Below is the full workout: Sole Roll x 100 (100 touches) Squares x 25 clockwise, 25 anti-clockwise (200 touches) Alternate V Cuts x 50 (100 touches) Double Sole L Drag x 25 (100 touches) Triangles x 30 right, 30 left (180 touches) Laces Sole Push Pull x 25 right, 25 left (100 touches) Single Leg Juggles x 50 right, 50 left (100 touches) Alternating Juggles x 100 (100 touches) Freestyle Ball Mastery x 30 seconds (as many touches as possible) Check out my 7 day training programs here: ...........................................................................................................
