Set-up:
Start with a wide grip.

Feet should be at hip width.
Execution:
Push the bar away from your center of mass by shrugging the shoulders away from the body.
Move the bar from the front of the body, to the back of the body.
Keep arms straight throughout.
Move hands in to increase difficulty and improve mobility.
