How to walk with home pet sable

Sable is a very shy pet! Accustoming Buddy to walk quietly was not an easy task. Despite the fact that Buddy is a tamed sable, he does not really like when strangers approach him on the street. The approach of another large creature may mean that he is being hunted! Therefore, the sable is trying to get away from strangers. At the same time, he can follow strangers out of curiosity. We try to choose places for walking without people. Place for walking should be familiar to the sable. We chose 3 places where we mostly walk and allowed the sable to study them so that the animal would feel comfortable on a walk. When we taught the sable to walk, we first chose the right collar that does not rub the skin. Picked up a short leash for the first time, so that in case the sable panics, we could grab it and put it into the carrier. For every walk we take his favorite food and carry.
