’Shame, shame!’ Czechs protest against government in Prague, demands end to military aid to Ukraine

Thousands of Czechs rallied against the government in the capital Prague on Saturday, demonstrating against high inflation and demanding the country end military support for Ukraine. The rally at the central Wenceslas Square was organized by a new, non-parliamentary PRO party. Organizers accused the government of ignoring the cost of prolonging the conflict in Ukraine by providing military aid. It was meant to target poverty but also had a political agenda with the protesters calling on the current coalition government to resign. __________________ ShanghaiEye focuses on producing top-quality contents.
