Guiding you in this powerful Breathwork meditation recored on March 20th’s Solstice evening. I have been initiated last year to the powerful practice of breathwork and it has changed my life completely, not only as a singer but also as a human being as it somatically releases subconscious information beyond our understanding for profound clearing and transmutation.
Breathwork accesses deep parts of our inner being to bring pure light and energy to all these corners. By deeply oxygenating all these areas of we release stagnancy and trauma with much gentleness, care and safety.

All you need to do to begin is lay down in a comfortable position, have your feet on the ground (soles of feet on the ground) and close your eyes. Make sure to eventually have a glass of water next to you as you will be breathing throughout the mouth for most of the practice. If you have back pains, feel free to place a cushion under your spine.
