ROWS------------------------------------­------------- 05:46 5. CURLS-----------------------------------­------------- 06:25 flexibility & out of alignment exercises------ 07:56 some different interesting pullups------------- 08:23 In each part are exercises sorted from beginner to advanced. Once you can do about 5 to 8 reps of a certain exercise I think you are ready to move to the next one. Be sure to do the exercises with PROPER FORM AND FULL RANGE OF MOTION! I learned a lot from the book “Building the gymnastic body“ and I recommend it to everyone who is interested in bodyweight training!
