For more than two months Hong Kongers have been rallying for more democracy in their city. Especially the young are angry about a government that they feel responds more to Beijing than to their needs. A generation that feels left out, politically and economically. Not only worries about their democratic freedoms, also skyrocketing housing prices leave many of them Kong is one of the world’s top financial hubs.
