Cork to Cobh - a short but watery ride!

Cobh is a very interesting town downstream from the city of Cork. There is so much water on the route to Cobh, that the line has to run across the lough using not one but two causeways. Cobh is also steeped in the history of Irish mass emigration from poverty and oppression and the forced transportation of thousands of Irish to the British colonies. Please enjoy this video, knowing that any money I make from YouTube for you watching will be passed on to the International Rescue Committee. The IRC supports people around the world suffering as a result of the many humanitarian crises afflicting our planet today.
