When Citizens Demand Unconstitutional Methods to Strip Them of Their Constitutional Rights

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recent protests ongoing at the Colorado state capitol as citizens of that state are demanding the Governor ignores the State Constitution, immediately strip all citizens of their Second Amendment Rights, and require all citizens to sell their firearms back to the State. And the best part, the protestors say they will be back everyday until the Governor does it. Well here’s the problem Colorado, even if your Governor wanted to to this, there is only about 20 provisions in the State Constitution, and another dozen in the Federal Constitution that precludes this from every happening.
