It feels like a spiritual successor to Batman Vengeance (2001) and precursor to Rocksteady’s Arkham Asylum (2009). Played with Dolphin 4.0, internal resolution 2x (1280x1056), window cropped to 1280x720. The widescreen hack isn’t necessary, the game has a “Widescreen“ option in the menus. There’s a few frame drops here and there (e.g. explosions) but overall it plays smoothly. This playthrough has “speedrun“ elements i.e. most enemies are avoided when defeating them is not necessary to proceed - it’s a very linear and fairly easy game (at least on “normal“), this is done just to clear the levels a bit faster and not waste time in fights.
