When A Baby Sloth Meets A Baby Sloth...

Welcome to our rainforest bootcamp 🥲🦥🦌 Where young conservationists like yourselves are working tirelessly to rehabilitate injured and abandoned animals of the Costa Rican rainforest. Among these animals is a rescued fawn, Shadow, and a rescued sloth, Lilo. As we work to prepare Lilo for her eventual release back into the wild, it has become a ritual for Shadow to investigate each time Lilo is brought to the bootcamp. The two have formed an unlikely bond, with Shadow allowing Lilo to smell and touch her out of curiosity. It is truly heartwarming to see these two creatures, from different species and backgrounds, finding solace in each other’s company. It is our hope that one day, both Shadow and Lilo will be able to explore the wonders of the Costa Rican rainforest together, free from the dangers that once threatened their lives. 🐾🌴🌺 #babysloth #sloth #fawn #babydeer
