T-72B3 tank crew of Tsentr Group of Forces ensures advance of assault detachments in Krasnoarmeysk direction A T-72B3 tank crew of the Tsentr Group of Forces helped to break through the enemy’s defence and with a malfunctioning turret hit during combat provided fire support to infantry fighting vehicles carrying assault detachments during the offensive in Krasnoarmeysk direction. The tankmen were tasked to penetrate fortified defence of the enemy and cover the Group’s assault detachments. In the course of the combat assignment, the tank sustained damage from the enemy’s FPV drones and artillery shells, one of the kamikaze drones hit the rotation mechanism of the tank’s turret. To continue supporting comrades during the offensive, the tank crew led by Junior Lieutenant Grigory Kryshtal, gunner Corporal Aleksey Klementiyev, and driver Sgt.
