FSB detains Ukrainian spies in Russia’s Kaliningrad exclave

The FSB apprehended Ukrainian spies trying to cross the border from Lithuania. They were tasked with gathering intelligence on border security and committing crimes in Russia, including kidnapping the child whose father is a Ukrainian intelligence officer.
