Rockman EXE 5: Roll & Bad Medicine Glitch

For SOME REASON, while international copies of BN4 have a go-around for this glitch, the freezing function from EXE4 carried onto Japanese EXE5. The glitch is properly fixed in the international versions this time. The fix carried to DS port of the game.
