Here is another movement snack for you!!! Make sure you really sit back as you are descended. The bent knee is right over your toes. Only go as low as you can and be able to get back up. I did 12 reps in this vid. If you are unfamiliar with the move do it without the KB. When you have mastered that then add some weight. Have Fun!!! CT
