The music being on is a bug by the game and not intentional. I recorded this at night, so I turned it off and on again a bit later to stay awake, as its quite draining to do this lmao. IF you really want, I can also upload a uncut version, that only has the separate 3 big recordings attached together. A cut and deep showcase of the scrapped battle royale map for the initially planned BR mode that should be included with Black Ops Cold War and was likely to release with the start of Cold Wars season one. As per the state back then, its appropriate to assume that this was more likely to have Blackouts gameplay, although it was very unfinished, so it maybe would’ve changed, if it was actually being released. The devs deserve credits for making such a great looking map. Its better than Al Mazra, which is literally sand. This map is diverse and didn’t deserve to be scrapped. Fortunately, they put some of the POIs into Outbreak or Fire-Team. The maps name is “Operation Ascension“, per old leaks known as “Ural Mountains“. This map is very big and includes many POVs. It is quite unfinished, but it was clear what the concept was going to be. Fun fact: The loading screen of the map is just a screenshot of it in-game. When the black bars are gone, you can actually see the mouse cursor, and a version number, that’s only slightly visible behind the black bar at the top right.
