210 ml (0.9 cup) Water
3g (1 tsp) Yeast
300g (2 cups) Bread flour/wheat flour
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g Onion
200g Ground beef
240ml (1 cup) Tomato sauce
Salt
Black pepper
Parsley
Mozzarella cheese
220°C (430°F) bake for 12 minutes
